Modupe Williams B.Eng (Hons), MBA, MICE, C.Eng, ChPP MAPM  FSLIE – over 30 years’ experience of planning, evaluating and delivering major infrastructure and transformation projects and programmes. With extensive experience in transport and urban planning policy development.

His experience includes developing delivery strategies for major projects and programmes, advising on the contracting and financing options (including PPP/DBFO), developing the business case / commercial delivery strategies and setting-up the governance and reporting systems for delivery.  He has also led international teams to deliver significant work packages on high profile projects in the capacity of programme/project manager, lead project engineer and sponsor.
